Did you already submit a I-693? Because those adjusting from K-1 usually don't submit that (unless there was a condition, etc. from the overseas medical or the AOS was submitted too late in relation to the overseas medical).

The interview will be on October 1st.

I submitted the I-693 form 2 years and 5 months before. I think the form already expired. 

I got letter about interview about Green card. But when I submitted I-485 form in April 2019. Two years over past, should I make new I-693 form again?

My daughter got Advance Parole and used it to back to Japan. And she could re entry into USA.

The travel document expires  November 2020.

She need to back to Japan again until expire day. But the travel document has only one parole stamp area. Can she use the document several  times until expire? She used once and already parole stamp on it. Do anybody know about it?

My daughter applied I-485 and I-131.

A few days ago she got approval notice about Travel Document but she never get Advanced parole Document. I got combo card(Employment Aothorization and Travel Document) at same time. But she got only approval notice.

She didn’t submit Employment Authorization.

She wants only an Advanced Parole.

How long will the parole document arrive after approval is received?

But he asked FedEx price that $80 and USPS is $30. He sent me the I-134 documents by USPS.

I told him you should send to Texas but his attorney brought the documents to Honolulu office. I worried about it...

My fiancé lives in Honolulu.

He sent l-129f documents to Honolulu USCIS office at February 1st.

we don't get email NOA1 yet.

Do you know someone who got NOA1 already who submitted l-129f document same as us?
