quick question for everybody with delayed cases... did you include speeding tickets on your n400 application, and answered "yes" to one of the questions asking about prior citations, arrests or convictions?  I did answer 'yes', and included all my speeding tickets in the table, one of which came with a reckless driving citation...

maybe that's the reason our cases are stuck in background check?

I suppose you'd hear something very soon... hopefully next week the latest, let's keep fingers crossed.. I'm very behind too, but at least the processing time for my field office (April 30) is behind by PD (May 27)

Yes, I too have contacted the Congressperson, and called a few times to USCIS, I also get a different answer every time.  I am still waiting to hear from the Congressperson.  I am also past the processing time of May 28 according to USCIS.  The lack of transparency in the processing is very frustrating.

My PD is May 27... still no word on the interview.. sooo frustrating... the field office is Charlotte, NC
