quick question for everybody with delayed cases... did you include speeding tickets on your n400 application, and answered "yes" to one of the questions asking about prior citations, arrests or convictions? I did answer 'yes', and included all my speeding tickets in the table, one of which came with a reckless driving citation...
maybe that's the reason our cases are stuck in background check?
