Perfect, thank you.
I am indeed submitting I-864, but could only find statements talking about in which cases you would need to submit proof of domicile, but none explicitly stating that it isn't needed if the USC resides in the US.

Do I need to prove my domicile if my mailing address is the same as my residence?
All of the instructions I can find only talk about proving it if you are an ex-pat or requirements if you work outside of the US.
Thanks!

Hey guys, we're putting the final touches on our NVC packet, and I'm reading about the methods of sending it off available to us. It seems that we have to send everything in one packet only:
QuoteAfter you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of your forms, financial evidence, and photocopies of your original civil documents in ONE package to the NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you fail to submit all of your documents together in one package or at the same time.
Further, their instructions are as follows:
QuoteScan and save your financial forms and evidence, supporting civil documents, and translations as a PDF file. Then send them to NVCelectronic@state.gov as attachments to an email. Please type your case number in the subject line of the email. You can attach multiple PDFs to a single email, but each PDF can be no more than 5 MB (megabytes) in size. If you have more than one case number, use a different email message for each case. For more information, review our Document Scanning FAQs.
What I can't figure out is if it is okay to email a scanned signature copy of the AOS along with all the supporting documents. Do we need to submit a physical copy?
Thanks y'all

P.S. We found out our case was accepted by checking the online case status page. https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Hey guys, hope this is the right place to ask.
Our petition was approved yesterday (oh the sweet relief) by the USCIS. Since I submitted it, though, my wife has moved.
My question is, should we wait until I've received the NOA2 to inform the NVC of the change of address? Or until they've had time to receive our case from the USCIS? Or until we find out our case number and IIN from them?
Thanks for the help!
Police certificate discrepancy between travel.state.gov and Montreal .pdf instructions
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
Hey guys,
So my wife spent 11 months in Italy when she was 17. Consequently, according to the supporting documents page of the travel.state.gov site,
The Montreal instruction packet says, however
The process of obtaining a police report from Italy is, of course, involved, long, and potentially expensive, so you can imagine that we'd like to get this right.
We've already submitted the supporting documents and AOS packet via electronic processing.
Thanks a million
