Ir1 visa was denied 25 months ago in January 2015 and 21 months since it went back to uscis.
No news about our case till date and the response from enqury is always 'CASE UNDER REVIEW AT USCIS"
The whole process is having a toll on our marriage.
Reason for denial and returning for revocation according to CO is that petitioner was still married to ex wife at the time of beneficiary's marriage so not legal for immigration purposes which is apsolutely false.
The marriage was dissolved customarily before our marriage but since divorce document was attained at a later date after our marriage which states that the marriage had already been dissolved but CO said the divorce has been backdated so my husband should come and re marry me which of course was sarcastic of her.
