It really isn't that hard. In the beginning it's just a lot of information and that can be a bit overwhelming, but it's not difficult. Just don't get ahead of yourself cause ppl are telling about things that are down the line. For instance how to pay. You don't need to worry about that until you are ready to send it off. Take it one thing at a time. Make a list of documents that you need to get and that your fiancé needs to get and start working away on those lists. One thing at a time and you'll be great. You can do this. Most ppl on here have done it themselves :)

okok thank you so much, i didnt think about a list thats a great idea! that will help us plan things better and make i easier. Y'all helped me so much, ive been trying to understand this since three months lol i know i know im a mess, maybe this month we can actually do something, before the problem was that everyone as telling us different things even the embassies here in italy werent helpful different operators on phone with different explanations, that was stressful and crazy

This is all in the information provided to you earlier BUT, your fiancè will mail the package - everything together and the payment will be included in the package, check, money order both fine. You can sign, scan and email and he can print, but save all originals for your record.

The i-129f is only for the USC to sign...but other documents are for you. You really need to read and do your research. No one here can give you all the information in one post.

yeah i know its not easy and trust me, im doing researches and studying the whole process and the steps. thank you for the help

    Welcome to VJ.

First off, start here with the guides for the K-1 visa and I-129F petition : http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

You both need to fill out the required forms, sign and date(you the beneficiary can print, sign and scan him a copy, his needs to be all original wet signatures). Then once the packet is completed mail it to the Lockbox in Lewisville, Texas.

The passport shouldn't be any issue as long as you are a legal resident in Italy, you can process through that embassy.

Start by reading these guides found here on VJ, under the Guides tab. Read also the i-129f instructions.

    https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

After doing this research come back with specific questions. Basically most answers are found there.

    Good Luck :)

    https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

Once the 129 F is completed he can mail it to:

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:
    For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

    USCIS
    P.O. Box 660151
    Dallas, TX 75266 .

Afterwards you wait til it is approved. Once approved the petition will be sent to the NVC then forwarded to the embassy. Do some research before starting. Visa journey has some great guides that you can use as resources

    THANKS EVERYONE
