Hey everyone! I'm currently on OPT and planning on getting married shortly. Does my income count towards the income requirement for the i864 or do they solely use my spouses income to determine that? Thank you!

My boyfriend and I are planning on getting married while I am completing my OPT as an f-1 visa holder. If I file for adjustment of status during my 12 months of OPT, can I continue working past the 12 months if my AOS is still pending? I would rather not go through the process of getting an H1-B visa, but would like to be able to maintain employment during the AOS process. Does anyone have any suggestions?
