I'm still confuse if I am eligible to apply for citizenship now or wait till DEC 2017. I use the early filling calculator and if I am right my anniversary of residency is my 2 yrs GC correct? (Which is on March 06,2017) I will file base on 3 years marriage of US citizen spouse. Thank you!

I have a question about renewing Philippines passport. I'm married and I have not report our Marriage to the Philippine consulate" Now my passport is expiring on 02/2018. Can I renew my passport with my maiden name or I have to renew it with my married name? Or is it optional? Thank you! -
Hi VJ's friend,
I will be applying for Citizenship soon and I am confused if I can apply now or wait another year. I came here on Fiancee visa on September 2013 and got married on October 2013 applied for AOS on April 2014 and received my GC on March 2015 I don't know why it took a year almost. I am still married to the same US citizen. Am I eligible now to apply when it said on my GC that I became a resident on March 2015 now that makes it less than 3 years of residency correct? Thank you.

I'm still waiting for my NOA1 extension letter, It will be almost close to 2 months since I mailed my application and still no Biometrics letter. I've called but it's not helping at all.

I don't think so. I noticed on my husband's biometric letter that one of the receipt numbers listed is the same as the NOA letter, which does not work to track the app online. And there is a second receipt number in the biometrics letter right after the first one, that does work to track online. So if the agent didn't tell you that you missed the appt, then I suspect that you are still fine and just have to wait for the letter. I know this process is so nerve wrecking!! Uugghh. But things will move along slowly, but surely. Good luck!
I see it worries me because it has been almost 43 days I think. Does CRI-89 online status the same with I-751 correct? Thank you.

The initial I-751 receipt number cannot be used for online tracking and it just comes up as invalid. You get a different tracking number (CRI-89) on your biometrics appointment letter which can be used to track your case online.
I called and they told me to wait another week for the Hard copy in the mail and give me 2 different receipt number which I'm able to track my case online and one is invalid. Does it mean I already have BIO scheduled but I missed it? Worried now.

Looks like I'm the only one left. I did call yesterday and the agent give me my Receipt number and to wait for my hard copy in the mail after 5 days! (I have been waiting for 39 days!) and he gave me a wrong receipt number to I called again but I was too late the office is close. This is frustrating...
