actually I didn't get a Ssn and work permit till almost 8 'months in I started work at the end of 2015 and she filed from those couple of months. I worked three jobs thru out 2016 and I filed this year 2017 she had already filed so the tax guy said I must file as single.

Hi my wife is a us citizen and  filed her taxes thruogh turbo tax and did it her self i didn't know how to file so she has been filing us single for the third year now we will be starting the roc process in  September I just wanted to know is this going to cause problems with my roc and if so can I do anything to straighten all this up. thank you

Hi I am kind of confused with my dates of green card expiration and abit paranoid I'm  originally from U.K. And over there ours dates are put like days months then years dd/mm/yyyy I thought I was in my filing dates was upon me but I may be mistaken and I know how time sensitive this stuff can be to get the dates right so just to make sure I'm in the right frame of time. I got my conditional green card 12/04/15 and it's set to expire 12/04/17 but my 2 year marriage anniversary is in march 2017 I was just getting prepped to file now I think it's to early it's more for piece of mind. I've attached a picture of my card dates below aswell. Thanks guys and gl to all
