I wish I had done it that way, but will my fiance be denied because of addressing the letter of intent to the uscis?

So all i did was updated the date to a more current date for the letter of intent same wording addressed to uscis is this ok? 

I am filling out the I 134 and i am on question 26.a, I had previously applied for a visa to my ex fiance it made it al the way to NVC and i withdrew the application at the NVC and at the embassy.  Do I list my ex on this column? I never filed out an I 134 on that application. Can i just do N/A or leave blank? Ps did the multiple filer and was approved

Thank you for the affidavit of support info!! In the case of the ds 160 does anyone have info when it is in regards to the Manila embassy? I honestly have no idea if it is required before or after the interview. 

We just got our NOA2 last week and I am not sure when my fiance should do the ds 160. Also for the affidavit of support i have been employed 7 years in my current job do i just send in my W2?

How long would it take before I know if the waiver was accepted? And i did consider getting married in the Philippines and applying for a cr1. What is my best option?

Sadly it's been 2 months, if i withdraw the petition how long until I could start a new one?

Hello everyone sorry to ask such an odd question but my fiance and I broke up she decided it was too hard to leave everything behind and move to America,  language and health conditions would be a major challenge. My question is I need to withdraw petttion he never received noa2 just noa1 if I send in a letter and they cancel it how long until I can petition again in the future?

Hello everyone! 

My fiancé and I are ready to start I 129f and I have an issue. My divorce is final I have the paperwork the attorney sent me with the filled date judges signature and the court stamp.. it is a black and white copy. It is not the standard divorce decree with the emblem on it.

I want to start the process asap but I looked up the process time on obtaining an original divorce decree or a certified copy and because California is so terrible on all facets of its local government the time is anywhere from 8 weeks to 6 months.. 

I wonder if I should just start now with what I have and submit the copy when ever it arrives. . I know I could get a ROE but I am hoping maybe they accept what I have..

Any thoughts?

Hello, I am new to the forum and I am starting the process to bring my Japanese fiancé to the usa.

I was lookingat the process and the cover letter and noticed that I am to send a copy of my birth certificate and a copy of my passport. . I do not have one yet. My fiancé visited me first in America.

My question is am I required to have a passport to start the process?

I'm sorry it's probably a stupid question but it has me slightly concerned because I want to start the process asap.
