Hi everyone

Please I need a help, can someone tell me what can I do because my form I-485 was denied? if someone had the same case, can you please explain to me which steps can I do ?

I checked my case status online in October. They said they mailed a request for initial evidence for my form I-485 this request explains what they need from me and if I don't receive my request for evidence by May.I go online to request a copy of the notice .In December, After I made a request they said 'Expect a reply by November . In November I rechecked my case .they said that they denied my form and they mailed me a dicision notice that explains Why? and they said if I don't receive my denial notice by November 24 go to online to request a copy of the notice. so I don't understand how I can provide more evidence if I did not receive any request for it, could be lost by mail or something plus they didn't try to contact me via email or a phone call
