Hi All,

Finally, this is seems over for me.
And I wish everyone a get their waiver ASAP.

Has anyone who's documents were received around 8th of December had any kind of status update? It's been 8 weeks already.
My documents forwarded to USCIS on Dec, and USCIS received it on Dec 13. I have not heard anything from them since then.

Yes it is a no objection to return waiver. The i-797 was mailed to mailing address.
Did you get your waiver from USCIS ? What is your timeline ?

WOW. That is really fast. I also had similar issues like yours where I submitted wrong fee, and my application returned from DOS. It has been 5 months since I first submitted all documents to USCIS. I did not expected USCIS will take this long.

Hi,
Did your case was processed by Vermont center ? It seems you have the exact the same timeline as mine. But I did not get any response from USCIS.

Hi All,
My case is based on J1 No objection, and I am freaking out because it has been almost 2 months since I have been waiting from USCIS.
Here is my rough timeline.
- DOS favorable recommendation on December 03, 2016.
- USCIS received the case on vermont center on December 13, 2016,
I am still waiting USCIS. Any ideas ? How long did you guys wait ? Is it normal for USCIS to take such a long time ?
Thanks,
John.
