Hello, 

I just received my fiancé Manila case number and she is ready fill out her DS-160 form.  She has 2 kids that will be coming as well with the exception of the eldest which she will join to follow once she is done with school in March.  I was confused about the process after reading the steps online.

Can all 3 submit a DS-160 and pay for medical all at once or does the follow to join daughter have to schedule her appointment closer to when she is coming here to the US.

I know that she has 6 months after the K1 visa is issued but we might be cutting it too close and have to resort to follow to join to be on the safe side. 

If I click on the Follow to join and when she's ready as long it's before the one year all she has to do is pay the the fee and submit a DS-160 and schedule an interview an medical right?

i have all of my documents completed and ready to send however I have some corcerns with my application.  Will it get approved with an attachment  of her exhusband death certificate? She sent  his death certificate to me to send with the K1 application.  If if her cenomar says they are still married will the death certificate with the application still get approved?  Or does she still need to do a status change before sending the application.

Just wanted to say thank you to all for your advice and guidance. I will bring both of them here to make it easier on them and my fiancé that way we don't have any issues waiting for a long period of time.

I'm starting to put together my paper work for my fiances K1-visa and had a question about her daughters.  I understand that we must include her 2 daughters on the application but wanted to know if it was possible to bring one of them and the other later.  The eldest is 18 years old and we are trying to bring her once she finishes college.  Just wanted some advice since it says that she will have up to one year for the "follow to join" on a later date.  However, our plan was to bring her when she turns 20 since she will graduate by then.
