    Hello;

    Form DS-3035 - Received - November, 5 2016
    Form DS-2019 - Received - November, 5 2016
    Passport Data Page - Received - November, 5 2016
    Statement Of Reason - Received - November, 5 2016

    I have not received a receipt from Department of state, is there a phone number i can call, i was able to reach USCIS but not DOS, also it seems like after couple days they receive NOS they approve non-objection cases. How can i get in contact with DOS Waiver revision.

    Thanks

    Contact them over here:   212ewaiver@state.gov.

    Wow, you got your recommendation very fast, though. Hope you hear about the final decision soon.

    It looks like probably 3 cases got approved in the Dec. 13 USCIS received date timeline. One is Jan.6 and 2 others Jan 25. I have been waiting and don't know how much longer...

    Hi,

    Did your case was processed by Vermont center ? It seems you have the exact the same timeline as mine. But I did not get any response from USCIS.

    I called up the USCIS and also got connected to the L2 immigration officer. However, they mentioned this is within normal processing time and currently they are processing October cases. This is the same info that's available on the internet in the USCIS website which is as of Nov. 30, 2016. The officer mentioned, normally it takes 2-2.5 months. So I am hoping it should be anytime now. Finger's crossed!!

    I myself even did not receive the receipt notice from USCIS. Desperately anxious...Does your online case status indicate form I 612 is filed?

    Yes, it says I612 was received by USCIS and a receipt has been dispatched describing how the case will be processed. Some cases of I612 have been approved yesterday and on January 6. Yes, even I am anxious to know what is happening.
