Anyone know about the dependent if you claim someone, does the dependent have to be wholly or partially dependent? If the dependent only gets support from u more then half the year? Thanks and appreciate the feedback.

Thanks, one more question if you know if make 27000 a year but claim a dependent on your most recent tax return does that still make above the proverty level guide line?125% not really good with this things, thanks 

Question on the I 134, if I make 27000 on my W2 form and claim a dependent would I still make it for the 125% mark or do I have to find a joint sponsor?

Question on the part I intend or don't intend on I 134, do check I intend to or don't intend if I recall right it should be don't intend to sent the person pretty coming here to stay and the intend to is for other visa like a tour. Correct me if I'm wrong thanks

That's where you track your case when you have a Case Number.  When your case says "READY" you can fill out DS-160, Pay Visa Fee, and schedule interview.  (May vary by consulate)

I thought you have make a appointment for the medical exams first then appointment or is it the other way around or could I make appointment first?

Got the new case numbers just waiting on the paper for NVC that they're going to sent out but want to start early if possible. My fiancée doesn't know that much English so I'll be doing most of the filing for her here in the states.
