hmmm I see.. well sometimes they do miss to scan things... :/
when did you get the card mailed notice?Got the card mailed notice on Wednesday late afternoon.
And got the production notice on Thursday last week the 16th.
Was at the NBC in MO.
Guess I'll just wait, just trying to find a logic behind the process, but they clearly aren't making it easy!

No I signed up for MyUSPS... and activated packages dashboard so that it would show up when I have packages addressed to me that have been scanned in anywhere.. it showed up on there the day after it said card mailed.... and that in turn showed up 3 working days after card being produced.
That is the reason why I asked my question earlier.
Looking at the timelines it all takes about 7-10 days from production to card in hands, and I was approved/card in production 1 day before you but still haven't received the USPS notification. It is set up correctly too, cause I got notification for another package a couple days ago.
Just getting nervous in the last stretch!

Hello everyone,
Got a notfication that my EAD was mailed to me on Wednesday (NOA1 11/16), and was wondering if anyone got the "Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service" status update, or if it is just going to stay at Card was Mailed to Me ? My service center was MSC.
Asking because I am signed up for myUSPS, which sends me a text everytime a package comes my way, but I still haven't received any notification from them and my EAD was apprently mailed 2 days ago...

He went to Rhode Island for the bio apt which we thought was weird since we live in Ma.
I mean you live next to RI if you're in Dennis Port, pretty much the same distance than driving all the way to Boston.

This might have been abut 95 pages is hard to go through haha.... Is the office my husband had to do his biometrics at the office that is processing his Aos? All his numbers say msc not the office for anything. Thank you!
No. You AOS application is not physically in your Boston local office.
If your receipts start with MSC it means your case is being processed at the National Benefits Center in MO.You will use your local Boston office only for biometrics, interview, and any infopass appointments you may make.

You can send a service request at 75 days, but they'll just tell you that your application is still within the 90 day period and you should wait.
There was a lot of backlog and most applications are processed in slightly more than 90 days (more like 95-105). At 90 days you can raise another service request. But no one is really convinced it actually does something. By the time they come back to you you'll most likely would have been approved anyway.
Lawyers have an ethical duty to not willfully represent you if they believe your marriage is fraudulent. From my lawyer's experience, immigrations officers are much nicer and easy going when a lawyer is present, as it is further proof that your marriage is bona fide and not a sham just to get a green card.
