    I751 removal of conditional residence

    Delivered by USPS on 28th Jan :):)

    Check being cashed today....1st Feb

      Yes, I think so too. The only difference is that my package got delivered on january 30th and yours got delivered on january 28th. My bank account right now shows that the check is pending so i'm assuming they've requested to cash it already. I'll let you know once the money is successfully transferred from my account!

    Form I-751 Rejected! 4 days early. :-(
     

    I did the same mistake that you did. I filed today 4 days before my 90 day window for ROC of GC.

    What happened with your application, how many days did it take to get it back and when did you refile the application?

      No problem, you must be a citizen by now!

      2012 G.C processing timelines were different, right now it takes for CSC anywhere between 6-8 months, for VSCc between `10-12 months :(

      Really? Maybe it will be faster than you think! :-) I was not in hurry to be a citizen because I got pregnant in 2013 and now she's a big girl.  I just applied for citizenship last month and getting my biometrics May 2nd of this year. Now, I'm looking forward and excited to be a citizen  finally!
