Congress rep emailed me last week.
And he basically said the same thing the USCIS person told me on the phone.
Super outdated info.
And he told me that California didn't receive my paperwork until November 3rd, although my receipt says October 28th?
So I downloaded a USCIS App, 3rd party and it is giving me updates on Case # that are close to mine... and from California Service Center.
In the last 4 days I have been updated on recent approvals from NO1 to NOA2..... 20 have been from Philippines with dates well into November and a few in December.
I am on day 105..... I am thinking I should have had some response by now
