Can you  expedite AOS even EAD if you have a job offer and can prove/provide evidence? 

I am am adjusting from K1! I just want to work and get and get going!

Yeah September 25th is 75 days! I'd wait until 76 then submit an inquiry but probably no harm on 75th day either  

Yes I'd be curious with expediting my application based upon a job offer, as a friend has said his boss would give me a job/interview installing internet for Comcast! It's a great opportunity for me to find my feet being 1st job. But as of now I keep telling my friend October probably November.

No emergency just another day hanging around lol! I opted not to book anything until I get passport back! 

Although now my tracking details are recognised on dx tracking system, I've triple checked it all!! Is this normal :/?! 

Ok guys I'm sorry me again!! 

I just got the dx tracking and passport is to is to be delivered on Monday....my question should I book a flight now for Tuesday or wait until Sunday just in case the tracking changes date for some reason??

Hahaha I know!! I was just hoping or still am hoping to be in my new home on Sunday (fly out) especially as it's cheaper than any other day next week so far

My CEAC status changed to Issued this morning after 1 day (Monday) of being in AP....does mean I'm likely to have it delivered on Friday or will I likely be waiting till say Monday?

Is there a reason my CEAC still says in transit when it was posted on the 22/5 (confirmed by NVC) and I've noticed a few peoples that are going to the same embassy (U.K.) were posted on the 26/5 and have updated there timeline to consulate received 31/5.

Unfortunately it can take up to that timescale and the workload of the person with your case.

we were 14 days exactly after they acknowledged they had received our evidence back!

Hopefully you get it soon! 

We were approved in 28/4 and we got our new case No from NVC on 18/5. Took us 20 days and it was sent to our embassy on 22/5. 

Hope it gets there soon, it isn't much quicker once it's there.

ive had my medical and interview is booked for 9/6, I am in uk and know different embassies work at different speeds.

definitely keep calling the USIC and the NVC.

That likely just sits there in cyberspace waiting to be accessed. I don't really think anybody reviews it the moment you send it, but it needs to be there so your medical results have something to be associated with. It's your visa application, so ideally you apply, then get a medical appointment made, then readiness form. 

 

 I am surprised they gave you a medical appointment before you had an LND number to give them. That's kind of their way to make sure you aren't jumping the gun and getting out of sequence. 

Awesome thank you! I have most of it filled out but I shall do that tonight and send it through as like I mentioned our case is in transit and medical is done so they have a file to associate with.

i guess I misread the process and other information on other forum threads here, we did have our LND verbally from the NVC that's how i managed to book the medical  and this morning I emailed them a picture of our case in transit and they responded " thanks we will attach it to your medical report, it will take 5 working days for your medical to reach the embassy" 

my thinking is that my medcial will will be there Wednesday as I'm not counting yesterday and Monday the embassy is closed for Memorial Day!

Doing the steps willy nilly prematurely can result in you stressing over things as you have already experienced, i.e. no status update, no verification letter for your medical. What's next for you? Can't get into the appointment schedule??

 

They have a workflow process that fits how they can most efficiently process your case.  Getting out of sync with that can sometimes put a spanner in the works.

Case is now in transit on CEAC and I forwarded the tracking notice to the medical centre and they seemed to have taken that a step they replied back saying it will attached to my medical report! 

Can you do your ds160 and send it in when your petition is in transit to your embassy? 

Then once it arrives do the notification of readiness?

What is barcode AA# for notification of readiness is that my alien number on the that's on our RFE and noa2?? 

Ours only has 1 "A" uk interview if that helps! 

sitting waiting for medical but a heads up for fellow people waiting.

they are asking for a letter that confirms your LDN case number, I don't have that yet so my result will sit here until I email a copy of proof of it :/ not the end of the world as it's currently in transit over here "according to NVC lol"
