I am having a little trouble with the Potomac service center. My receipt number was a YSC which is coming up as an error in the system. I have called about 20 times and they just tell me everything is ok and there is nothing to do but wait.
Also the uscis website says the Potomac Centre was on October 3rd as of November 30th but then it says at the bottom last updated Jan 11. Not sure which date to go by. Both agents gave me conflicting information.
Any advice, info, or suggestions would be great. Thanks!
