For some reason I couldn't login to our USCIS case status online account since May until this very moment, tried to call them but to no avail .

Now this is what it states on the Case Status Online"

Interview Cancelled

On September 18, 2018, we cancelled the interview scheduled for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number******. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

We didn't even know that we were scheduled for interview September 18 since we haven't received notice from the USCIS.
