  1. Hello everyone I've a question

Me and my mother are waiting an interview (F1 category) and we afraid because my mother was in embassy with several times for visa(tourist visa) and they didn't gave her last time when she was in embassy 11 years ago consul ask her something I don't know exactly and she lied to cosul and consul denied visa for lie and told her that never come again for visa. What do you think they don't give us visa? And another question if they don't give visa to my mother it means that I can't take too? I never been in embassy.

P.S My grandmother filled for us for me and for my unmarried mother

    Sorry for my bad English

your grandmother can't file for you. it have to be your parent and you are a derivative of their petition. it all depends on when the filing was approve and then they take inconsideration your age when a visa become available to apply cpsa to it

She filled for my mother(unmarried) and for me

    Hi,

F1 is for adult children who are over 21. How come you were not F2A, when petition was filed? Who filed it?

My grandmother filled for me and for my mother when she was permanent resident that time before she became citizeb I was in F2a category after that when she became citizen I moved in F1 category

Ok a couple more questions.  Was she a citizen when she filed for your mother  ?  I assume your mother was married back then ?     You need to know the date the petition was filed and approved for more exact help.

Yes she was citizen when she filed for my mother. No my mother didn't married back she is still single. Its 2011 august when its filled I think.
