According to "Form N-400 Instruction" issued by 12/23/16 N, they say "Provide a photocopy of your current marriage certificate, divorce, annulment decree, or death certificate of former spouse". in Page 10, Required Evidence section.
However, in According to "M-477" revised by 11/21/16, they say " If you were married before, send: proof that all earlier marriages ended (divorce decrees, annulments, or death certificates".
We are applying N-400 with greencard after 5 yrs. We married in South Korea. We have marriage certificate in English that we used for our green card. However, it was issued more than 5 yrs.
Do I need to submit Marriage certificate? If then, can I use the old one? There is no mention such as "all document should be issued in 6 months" in any form.
Do I need to submit 'Current Legal Martial Status Document' for N400 submit?
