How long have you been in France though? Technically you're suppose to get a police certificate/report from any country you've lived in for 6 months or more. I don't think you'd have a good time getting this report if you've been in France illegally.been here for 5 months illegally.

Just return to the Philippines, it's a simple process through the Manila Embassy with the K-1s generally.
