How long have you been in France though? Technically you're suppose to get a police certificate/report from any country you've lived in for 6 months or more. I don't think you'd have a good time getting this report if you've been in France illegally.

been here for 5 months illegally.

Just return to the Philippines, it's a simple process through the Manila Embassy with the K-1s generally.

i had a us citizen fiance and he wanted me to process the papers here in france. i am undocumented at the moment. is it possible to do it here with the help of immigration lawyer? or do i need to go back to my country? thanks in advance...
