sounds a bit odd...surely they must have mentioned your current status....did your parents say they were going to visit for months? Perhaps they were uncertain and that can often give the appearance of evasiveness...did they mention that you were planning to get married in the US?

No they didnt, my father Just told them he has a daughter and live in brazil.

Maybe they saw some information about me in their system about my k1 visa that was approved.

You can always have them try to reapply later on. I've read situations on this site of parents getting tourist visas denied only to have them approved later on down the road. They might've said something wrong during the interview which made the CO think they had an intent to immigrate.

Actually they didnt ask too much, They only asked the purpose of the trip, The city they are planing to visit in usa, if my father Works and what he do there, And if they have some son or daughter And if live here in brazil.

  4. Hello my fiance visa was approved But I have a question, the consular officer didnt cancel my tourist visa she said me

" your fiance visa was approved but i Will Not cancel your tourist visa, and when you arrived at the imigration in USA you have to say you are using the fiance visa"

I would líke to know if someone know something about this case and if i can have some problem because i have 2  differents Kind of visa ?

Just file as soon as possible. Most likely you will be put in administrative processing until you present the latest tax return to the. Once he has filed, he can just make a copy of the 1040 with his signature... he has 2 weeks... shouldn't take more than a day to get together.

Ok thank you for your help

If he has the w2's then why not just file? To bring only the w2's would be an incomplete return. You can show the same information with year-to-date earnings from the December pay stubs. w2's should be accompanied by a completed return, there purpose is for filing taxes.

I know he should file, But we dont know if we have more time because my interview is on march 28th.

Do you also have the rest of the support for the I-134?  if you do not already, get his bank letter and employment verification letter that's listed in the instructions for the I-134.  You can only take what you have, so gather everything else requested and go ahead to the interview.  Worst case is that they might put you in AP until you're able to produce the tax return papers for 2016.

Personally, I don't think you'll have an  issue as long as you have the other required documents.

Hi i have the others papers líke pay checks from the both Jobs, bank stantment and of course the I-134 signed and Dated, But not the Tax Return :'(

    Ps...what is AP ?O

You need a new one. Ideally, they must be dated within 30 days of the embassy interview. Also, the supporting documentation must be as recent as possible. For example, bank statements, if you have them, must include the most recent ones available to the sponsor. In this case, if the interview is in February, you'd need the documents to be from up until January.

    Thank you

the only thing that needs to be original is the I-134 because it has a signature. Everything else should be a copy because they have to keep them in your file. It is highly unlikely that they'll request originals. The I-134 is signed and given as a declaration under perjury, so the embassy/USCIS work under the assumption that everything you present to them is real and you assume the responsibility if you get caught lying. Of course, they can doubt the veracity of documents if they look outright fishy or you have inconsistencies, but if everything seems in order, they assume it is.

Hi i have one more question about I-134.

Like i told you i have I-134 original But is dated 10/31/2016, the father of my fiancee Brought me when he came to Brazil in december last year.

So my question is can I use this form With this date or i should have ask for another form With a new date ?
