    You sent your papers to the Chicago lockbox, not a service center. From there it most definitely went to the national benefits center in Missouri. From there it can definitely go to your local office or to a random one or even stay in Missouri. 

    Please fill in your timeline so we know where you're at in the process, where is your field office, etc
