Hi all,

From what I understand, I can use prevailing wages for my area directly from http://www.flcdatacenter.com/ ... but am getting confused with what I'm reading about having to file ETA 9141 for a prevailing wage report?  Is this necessary? Is there any pros or cons to applying for the report vs just pulling data from the site? It seems to add a lot of wait time to the process.

We have a broad job description... just aware that marketing can be a little bit of a grey area when it comes to E3s so wanting to get it right the first time to save any hassle down the track.

Looking for advice from anyone has recently successfully obtained an E3 visa for a marketing role.  We are just trying to define the position title, job description etc to give us the best chance of success.  Wondering if a Marketing Coordinator role would suffice or whether we need to go higher level like marketing manager?  Bonus points if anyone has job descriptions they've used successfully and would be willing to share
