My husband is currently living overseas in Lebanon and I am living in California. He is facing financial struggles due to recently losing his job and on top of that he is suffering from an illness that requires surgery. He doesn't afford the surgery and I would like to expedite his case so he can receive the surgery with my health insurance here in the U.S.His financial struggles are causing us to use money from our savings and is really causing a strain on our relationship as well as a lot of hardship. Is this enough cause to expedite our case? The USCIS received our application December 6th 2016. Any idea also as to when the case will be moved to the next step? Also, does anyone have any advise on the Lebanese embassy things that you have experienced that might help our case?
