    #6 states "I have resided in the state which I'm applying for citizenship for the last three months" What does this exactly mean?

     

    Permanent resident since 04/05/2014

    Applying day 01/06/2014

    Took a 3 week vacation on 10/07/2016 to 10/30/2016, does the question above mean, I should be in the state the last 3 months before I apply which means I have to apply on 01/30/2017?
