Thanks! Wouldn't they just say "the supervisor has up to 6weeks to review"? How did you get yours expedited?

when we receive the letter from NVC... they gave us instruction - in case we want our case to be expedited" we just followed that instructions I think everybody has that letter. I will talk with my wife to further information she did that part of the process

  3. hello :cry: .. so after 14 weeks / 97 days ... today... FINALLY GOT MY CC!!!:jest::energy::bonk::no:
@Dinah @E&N call every day and ask for a supervisor!!! I did that!

Today I Talked with a supervisor and he told me this "Today or tomorrow your case will be reviewed, I personally will make sure of that"

Good luck and thank you, everyone, specially  @JBMG

    One more question...

Does anybody know what this means? or how long it takes to schedule an interview when it's expedited?

"The U.S. Embassy Consulate General has accepted this case for expedited processing. This file will be immediately forwarded to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General."

Hi there! So… 11 weeks and 2 days today… I just called NVC and had a conversation with a supervisor… he basically told me that sometimes people have bad luck … he also told that he is moving my case to a “special reviewer” today (a person who only review delayed cases) so It must take another 2 more weeks… or 6 more weeks if there is a terrible mistake in our papers… (sorry about my English)

Hi!!  almost 13 weeks since scan date...  still waiting

Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

    Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please let us know if this is your case.

    See Example

    Thank you,

  7. Hi everybody  so in March 13th 2017 we sent the AOS and IV packages to the NVC. A couple of days later we this email from NVC

    Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: XXXXXXXXXX filed by XXXXXXXXXXXX on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

If you wish to submit a request for the expeditious processing of this petition, please provide us with more information regarding your request.  For example, you may submit supporting documentation such as: medical records, letter from a medical doctor, deployment orders, etc, along with your request.ETC ETC ETC…

so we submitted the information requested for the expeditious processing and finally we got this answer today…

    Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: XXXXXXXX filed by XXXXXXXXXXXX on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXX

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case when we have all the fees, forms, and documents.  We received mail for this case. We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. For current processing times, please visit our website at nvc.state.gov/submit (English) or nvc.state.gov/enviar/espanol (Spanish). We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to expedite your case.

We don’t understand the answer… or what does it means… we´ve already paid all the fees, filled al the forms and sent all the packages…

The expedite process is at the NVC or at the local embassy???

Does anybody know what to do??? Or understand something?? Thanks! And sorry for my English!
