Hi.. i would like to ask for your advices regarding my 8 yo son. We went here with k visas.. i just applied for my aos last dec. But i didnt applied for.my son who is my k2. Now that our k1 visa will.expire coming feb. 7, what will happen to his his status? Btw, his biological father is my husband, the us citizen who filed the petition for us. I want to know what is the best thing to do. Would i file an aos for him or can i file a certificate of citizenship instead? Thank you in advance.

That happened to our case. I just sent an email requesting my son to be included as beneficiary to the petition and soon enough they reply back with positive result. I dont know if it will work on ur case but u can try. Otherwise they can give u information on what u have to do.

Hi..ive read in the ssa website that i would be able to have my name change to my married just by presenting my marriage licence and my unexpired i-94. Does anybody here have the same situation as mine? Will i be able to do it. As it is a requirement in applying for a drivers license. Thank you!

Haha. Its kinda complicated i know. This is the scenario. I just got here last nov with k1 visa. I have 3 children here who went 5 yrs ahead of me because they were follow to join derivatives of my husband. Since my 22 yr old son is now eligible to be a US citizen, im thingking of applying for him for a fee waiver. Im worried that it would affect my application for adjustment of status? Thank 

Hi. My case is kinda complicated and i need your advices folks. I just filed my adjustemnt of status tru marriage last month. And its in process right now. i have a 22 yr old son who have been living here for 5 yrs now, diagnosed to have mental retardation. I want to apply for his citizenship but since my husband who is his biological father is not earning much i would like to apply for waiver of fee for his n400(citizenshil. My question is, would it affect my aos application since its a clear manifestation that my husband cannot afford even the fee for my son? And he is my petitioner.. i hope i made my point clear.
