    Bringing Spouse to America on G-325A

    I had green card and has to stay back in India for 3 years. Tried for re-entry permit and did not get it. No problem for kids as they are American citizens.

    For my sponsorship of green card through spouse as he is American citizen apart from G325A and photos is any affidavit of child support needed, stating that he has supported us for last 3 years and notarize it.  Appreciate the help.
