I have looked and can't find an answer for my special case. I am currently a US citizen, born and raised, living in Ukraine. I married my wife here and I am starting the process of bringing her to the USA. that said I am not a resident here and do not have a VISA. So should I use my USA address for filing or the address I am living at in Ukraine? And regarding my VISA issue should I even consider going the DCF route?
