For the form i-864 it asks for the 3 most recent tax years. What if i only have the 2 most recent years? What other evidences should i include with the form i-864?

What is the total cost for the AOS packet? My husband is currently here on a k-1 visa and we are getting the adjustment of status package ready to send to USCIS. On the USCIS webpage it shows that the fee for the i-485 form is $1,140. Does this fee include the cost of forms i-765 and i-131? It also shows on the webpage that these two forms are $410 and $575. I am confused and I just wanted help with this.

Hi, since your fiance already has all his appointments set up this should not be a problem, as the embassy automatically would extend the validity of the NOA2. I moved your post to the regional forums so that other people who have gone through CDJ can perhaps provide contact information for the embassy where you can let them know if your concern and get peace of mind but, honestly, this is a non-issue to your fiance at the stage he is in.

 Thank you so much i contacted the us embassy today and they told me not to worry about it since i have my appointment scheduled already 

So the I797 NOA approval notice is valid from 11/15/2016 to 03/14/2017. My fiancees first appointment is 3/14, then his fingerprints appointment is 3/15, and his consular appointment is 3/16. What should i do or where should i contact to have this fixed? I will not be going to the interview in CDJ because i am currently 8 months pregnant and obviously i can not travel out of the country. My parents are going to meet my fiancee in CDJ. Please help. My fiancees appointment is so close and i do not want to have problems because of this. Thank you!

Thank you for replying it has been very stressful for me to reply since my great grandma has passed away. 

So after i completed the ds160 i email the barcode they gave me to the us embassy in Ciudad Juarez? Where do get there email??

I am completing the ds160 form right now

I am 6 months pregnant and i am really frustrated. NVC approved my petition on 12-21-16 and sent me a link to apply for a k1 visa. When i go onto that links website it says i have to apply for form ds260 or a ds160. I am very confused. I went on to the visa webpage and put in my case number and it says my case is ready for interview. How do i make this interview? I contacted the us embassy in Ciudad Juarez i am currently working with. Apparently they don't receive phone calls. Please help!!!
