  1. I came to the US in Aug 2014 with F1 visa and i met husband age 65yrs and i am 29yrs. We got married in Feb 2016 got pregnant in Dec 2015 and my PD was April 2016 was called for interview 15th Dec 2016 in Baltimore. we got all answers right gave the IO our marriage cert, and joint bank acct, health insurance, car insurance, and baby birth certificate and lots of photos of our marriage. the IO at the of the interview gave me white paper but nothing was ticked that case was held for further review. She said she ll contact her Supervisor to review that she just started working there 6months ago. she took my I94 but not my EAD. my husband and i are from the same country and he has had 2 divorces the last one was 10 years marriage. now its over 2 months plus and my case is still on "interview is Scheduled" my i-130 is still on case recieved since April 16. i called the 800 number and i spoke with a level 2 officer who said my case is pending consideration and i should wait 90days after interview b4 i contact them. i checked the processing time for Baltimore they are on April 2, 2016 now.  please anyone in similar case can share their experiences and when they got approved. i am opened to various advices. Thanks and God bless us all.

  2. Hello everyone, please i need your help on my case. my husband is 65 years and i am 29 years we have a baby BOY of 5 months for my husband and we went for our green card interview on the 12/19/16. the IO did collect my I94 but gave me back my EAD. also handed me a white paper but did not tick any box.
    1. what does a white paper after interview means?
    2. my status has not changed from 'interview is scheduled'
    3. i was told having a child even if your marriage is not up to 2 years equals 10 years green card
please kindly help me understand this three issues. thanks
