My fiance just called. She just got the P3! We anticipate an interview in March/April. After she finishes teaching for the semester, we expect her here in June, with a wedding in July.

Did your fiance receive the P3 via register mail? My fiance also waiting for her P3 from Guangzhao...our application is a few days behind yours...

Yesterday my fiance told me that she made out with another guy for 15 min. She says no intercourse, but the requisite amount of kissing and touching. There is only one American man in her college. She decides to make friends with him, then goes to his dorm alone. Then she says she was surprised at what happened. I do admire her honesty in telling me about this 1 hour after it occurred. But my feeling is that we are engaged to be married. How can she do this to me? I also think, if she seeks the one American man in her college and does this with him, how can I bring her to the USA and trust her with all the American horndogs around here? It seems no way. Even though she swears it will never happen again and begs for another chance, I know I will just get hurt again. 4 trips to China, $25,000 and countless hours now seem all to be wasted. All thrown away in 15 minutes. But I am not an angel either. I lied about a previous marriage until my 3rd trip to China. Being 30 years older than her doesn't help either. But I came clean and I have been true to her (except about my past) since we met. Maybe it's my come uppance. Now I need to think about whether I should give her up. But I know now that I can't bring her here. Comments and thoughts (even brutally honest ones) are welcome.

If I were you I would turn around and walk away...don't ever look back! It will be painful and hurts like hell for a while but eventually you will recover and be whole again.

BTW, notify CSC you are terminating the K-1 petition.

Does that website / visa service have anything you can't find here?

This forum is a good place for people to exchange ideas and experiences. You sometimes get different answers for a particular question/situation. None of us here is an expert because 99% of us only apply for the K1 once in our lifetime (hopefully), therefore a specific situation that applies to me does necessary mean it will work for you.

The Apexvisa service I mentioned provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the required forms field-by-field as well as what specific proof of relationship evidence to provide. You (the petition) will have to do ALL the work! The instructions provided by Apexvisa services simply layout exactly what you need to do and how to do it - no guess work, no mistake, no time wasted. If you think you can do it alone or obtain "suggestions" from various forum members and try to piece it together, more power to you. I've been thru several USCIS petitions (for other stuff) and know that it is like walking on a mine-field in HELL! For the K-1 VISA petition, I couldn't do it myself and after some research online I found Apexvisa services.

I understand the frustrations of many forum members who are still waiting in line...I wish everyone here will get record time approvals. No one should have to endure the pain of being apart from your love ones. Perhaps some day USCIS will become efficient...well maybe never but hope is a good thing.

I received NOA1 dated 8/7/06. Today I received an email from CSC stating my case has been approved on 9/20/06! That's amazing!!
