Quick question... my fiancé had her medical exam 2 weeks ago but need a note from another doctor about a procedure she recently had saying everything went fine with the procedure which it did. She had her K1 embassy interview today and was approved pending the results from the medical exam. She called the doctor and he got the letter he needed and submitted the results yesterday. My question is, if the results were submitted yesterday how long until the embassy gets the results?  Thanks!

What was the date and time (including time zone) did you receive your NOA2 approval and was the notification via text or email?

I have the case tracker app and it let me know. My lawyer hasn't even informed yet.  I recommend getting that case tracker app for your phone. 

Just got my NOA2 approval on 4/17/17!!!  I-129F was accepted on 1/9/2017.... looks like they are coming in!  What is next?  I hired a lawyer to do everything because I didn't want to mess anything up.  This felt like it took forever but stay patient because it will get done!

Just flew back to USA with my Fiancé from Sweden and the last time she came they said she may only have 1 time to get back in because she has been visiting so much over the past 1.5 years.  She has an Esta visa and we just filed for K-1 visa in January.  They gave her no problems coming thru.... She even told the custom agent she was coming for 3 months to visit her fiancé while we wait for the K-1 process to be finalized.  Custom agent didn't ask for anything or any proof, just let her thru and told her good luck.  Goes to show you its all about the custom agent and what mood they are in that day.  We had proof of the K-1 visa just to prove she wasn't lying and were prepared to show her ties to Sweden but no need too.  Hopefully this brings peace to someone because for the past 2 months of waiting for her to come back I have had so much anxiety thinking they wouldn't let her in and we would have to be apart for so long but I didn't need to worry and I'm sure everyone here knows what I'm talking about.  Also we were worried because we didn't know how that travel ban would affect the custom agents but again absolutely no issues.
