I am submitting my AOS and stuck with the medical condition form. My wife completed her medical exams during her interview in Ghana and was presented with only a vaccination booklet. Should we contact the embassy for her DS 3025 or go to a civil surgeon to complete the entire medical exams again before submitting our application? I will appreciate any insight on this. 

Both of our status changed on Feb 6th. But he called DHL every other day to see if it's there. DHL or embassy never emailed or called him for pick up. DHL agent told him its ready on phone

someone with the same interview date picked his passport on friday. I will call DHL tomorrow if mine is ready

yes. it was ready before the interview. and was given to CO. 

Ok Thank you. My case is almost 4 weeks after interview. It shows issued but still not ready. Guess I need to keep waiting

Okay. Was yours two weeks after interview or after case changed to issued?

Anyone here who has pick up Visa at DHL recently. How did you'all know when visa is ready to pick up and how long from issued date to pick up date? Did embassy email you to or DHL called? Any insight will be appreciated

My fiancee keep going to DHL and I have been calling the call center line but to no avail. The person i spoke to at the call center said the embassy will email us about pick up but I think thats not true. DHL agent says she has to check with them every day. I have emailed the embassy several time but no reply yet.

Yes. they send passports and documents to DHL when visa is ready for pick up

Ok. I think each case is different. Our interview was jan 23th, Issued Feb 6 but DHL still says its not ready for pick up.

My case has been issued since monday. DHL says its still not ready for pick up. Dont know whats going on there

My fiance had her interview Jan 23rd and was approved. Visa status changed to issued on Feb 6th and DHL agent says she has to keep coming in their office to check if its there. They wont tell me on phone whether its there or not.

I'm also waiting for call in letter. Thanks so much for the update. For the items needed for the interview, did they request for 3 years tax returns from petitioner or they didn't emphasize?
