True,i live in seychelles and the us embassy we depend on is in mauritius. I was thinking of doing both at the same time. The visa and my son passport renewal.

My mum is an american citizen, she married to an american.

My son need to be 16years old to apply a passport by himself.

And the passport office said we need to fill a DS3053 form for the passport renewal. Me and his dad are divorced, and both of us need to sign this paper to send and be notarised by a us consulate. Which seychelles dont have an embassy. Financially not possible to travel to the closest place to have this done.

I made a mistake only reason why i jooned this site to findout if possible to re apply after i waited 10years to do so.

My mum stayed in the united state as well. We didnt left him.behind at first. Only after my husband and I divorced and i was having a hard time to cope. So he have a better chance for education if he stayed with my mum. My mum also stayed in texas. And now my son is 14. He jumped two years in school and his getting good grade. I dont regret the choice for leaving him behind. Though..it is just now its been long we see each other even the internet do help sometime.

This is my story, i had a b1/b2 visa for a validation for 10years.

I enter in houston texas and over stayed, both me and my husband are not feom the united state. We iver stayed for 3years and we also have a son that was born there.my son is in america in his school now.

We left volunteer departure. But i tried to re enter on same b1/b2 visa again and i was deported at the port of entry.

Now my question is, its been now 10years since i stayed away from united state. Is it safe for me to reapply for a tourist visa again? Or iam banned for life of doing so. I havent seen my son for 5years now. And now his passport expired. I just want to know what are my options, and what do i need to do to proceed. Please advice thanking u all.
