You asked if they would "find out about that address," which suggested you weren't going to bring it up unless asked. But they probably will ask. I think there are many situations like this, where one of the spouses has to be in another state for some reason, but you should prepare definitely to ask this question, with documented weekend trips or get-togethers, hotel bills, etc. to show, that indeed, you are in a valid marriage.
Thanks Ortolan, I will be preparing for it. I appreciate your input.

OK, so what are you going to say when the interviewing officer asks you, "So, do you live together? I see that she goes to school in another state." How will you answer that?
You're not going to lie to the IO, are you?
We are preparing for the possibility of that question but I just wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience. There are no jobs that will work with school schedules here and she had to go there until we transfer her back to where we live.

We filed the I-130 and I-485 jointly last year and we now have an interview for January and we put our joint address in where we have proof of joint living but my wife goes to school in another state. I would like to know if USCIS can find out about that address.
Can USCIS find out about my wife's address?

Thanks for your input. I did not lie on a federal form. We do live together and did at the time of submission. Pease refer to my initial post. She started school this fall.
