My father in law is the petitioner for my brother in law and he tax file as married file jointly and he doesn't have enough income that's why i am the joint sponsor. My question is does his wife need to fill up i864a form he's not using her income.  If anyone knows please please answer , Thank you

Dear friends I want to petition for my father but his birth certificate and passport name little bit different. His birth certificate and my birth certificate name MD Abul Kashem but his passport name Mohammed Abul Kashem.  Actually MD means Mohammed in bangladesh.  So is there any problem or I have to change passport.
