Rafael we filed whiles I was in the US and had my advance parole document, had my interview august of last year and left just three days after the interview. on my return from my country, CBP didn't allow me to enter because they said my green card was denied so upon all the detention and stuff I had to request to leave ICE detention after a week and come back to my country. we filed another petition in January and that's the situation as at now. we have a lawyer this time. I never knew advance parole doesn't work after denial that's the whole point. I wouldn't have left

I heard it went for fraud review and came back to USCIS for adjudication since august 2016 but nothing heard since then

11 months since filing I 130. it's been eleven months since January when I filed my petition but can't tell what's wrong
