Just curious, my friend is thinking of petitioning her mother, who has been staying here for 4 months. her stay will expire on march 19 2017.  Will she be considered as over staying if the process time of her petition goes beyond march 19 2017.. Also which forms will they have to fill out.

Hi guys,

So i recent got married and planning to file my I - 130. While looking at the "what Documents do you need to prove family relationship" section i only have my marriage cert, bank account, bills and pictures ( all under our names) and sworn affidavit from third parties. We dont have a property yet nor leasing contract cause we both live at her grandmother's house. Do i have enough documents to support our application for petition?
