hi!
I have a few question that is bothering me about my spouse petition, it would be really great if someone could help me out.
1) my i-130 was approved and send to nvc in december 2015 and the priority date is of aug. 2015, on june 2016 NVC send me an email to follow up next procedure that is to choose agents, file ds260 and all that and i still havent filled any of those till this date but i paid the bills they did send with it. so,now im thinking about to file and send iv packet to NVC. will it make any delays or what are the consequences of filling it late??
2) do i need to send all the original civil documents or just copies (xerox) of those will be fine??
