Hi Everyone, I'm an us citizen & my mom is a permanent resident. We are planning to apply for my married brother age over 30 & unmarried sister age 24. I know this process takes long. What I want to know, is it going to be faster if:
1) an us citizen applying for married siblings, or
2) a permanent resident apply for son & daughter over 21 year old
