I will be filing I-130 applications for my wife and her 8-year old son at the US Embassy in Manila. Can anyone tell me if they both need to be present at the time I file the applications? When I make an appointment online they ask who will be coming and their names will be on appointment letter. I need to know before I make the appointment and was going to do that next week.
