Got the list updated for you guys.

I removed @elsie2500, i'm not sure what's up with that, but they appear to be January filers now.

@NorrisSF, @Biaframan, @gingerb, @samsings - could you guys please update us with your NOA1 receipt date & biometrics appointment date

@MCherie, can we please have your NOA1 receipt date?

@raflen, can we please have your biometrics appointment date?

After we get all of this info, our list will be complete..at least until we start getting RFE's/Approvals coming in or if people do bio walk-ins of course

Hello, sorry for delayed update.. I received my NOA1 12/09/16, got my biometrics appointment letter on 01/03/17 for 01/09/17 biometric appointment in Seattle. I went in and the whole thing went so smoothly and I got done within 45 mins. My online case status still remains unchanged with fees waived message which I think is a general glitch and I haven't received nothing in the mail either even as I check my mail every night and hopefully, it's gonna be the approval letter next ☺

A little update regarding my case. I had to file a service request today, because after a month I still haven't gotten a biometrics letter, and turned out "great" USCIS haven't even given me a date for biometrics!:ranting: As I was told, they don't know what happened, and it looks like they forgot or missed my case. And to give me more information they have asked me about a case number from my biometrics letter... Really!?
I hope it won't take them another month to give me a response to that service request.

What service center is handling your petition?

  3. Even I did a lot of work by myself but I end up apply thru an attorney due to uncertainty of handling the complex i751 abuse waiver. The package was delivered at CSC on Nov 18 but I haven't seen my check cashed until now.. not sure what happened and the attorney suggested to wait until Dec 9 to contact USCIS if the check is still not cashed or receive NOA by then. I saw a lot of people delivered later than mine at CSC but got NOA several days later after delivered date. I am wondering if anyone have any experience or knowledge of applying i751 thru attorney processed differently by USCIS compared with self-represented? Maybe apply thru attorney takes longer to receive NOA than self-represented cases? thanks..

Sent my i-751 package on 12/05/16 to california center, uscis received on 12/09/6, check cashed on 12/13/16, got noa1 in the mail 12/15/16. Anyother december 2016 i751 filers in the house? please share experience
