  1. The consular handed me a letter written that “No other information is needed at this time. We must conduct an administrative of review of your case. We will contact you after our review is completed. You may check the current status of your case by visiting https://ceac.state.gov/ceac."

I follow the instruction and keep checking it, and it’s said,

“Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.”

  2. Hello,

I went to the interview alone at US embassy in Phnom Penh since my husband was busy with his business in the US. The consular asked me about 10 questions. I answered all of them honestly, but might made some mistakes due to the first time having my Visa interview. However, it seems like the consular didn't believe my answer due the complexities of my husband's divorce. But we are both good citizens. The last message from the consular is that they need to investigate the case, however I was informed to let the consular know when my husband could come here, it would help my interview, and she didn't need any additional documents.

How long does it takes to investigate my case? Will I pass my interview if my husband could come to attend the interview with me?
