on the G-325A, my fiance has already typed, printed out the form and signed it. but the bottom portion where it ask for the "Applicant" to print out their name and alien number was not typed in. So my questions are:
1. Is he considered the "applicant" ?
2. Can he hand write this information in even though the rest of his information is typed?
