    DUI's and k1 visa

    It's hard to say really... I have seen a K-1 visa denied here on VJ due to the embassy saying it was for the beneficiaries "own protection"....

    That being said, it really can vary case by case.

    What stage in the process are you at? I-129F phase or approaching interview?

    Haven't mailed it yet...putting together now.. Do you think I need to include police records or just say yes to the 3 or more controlled substance question? Thanks
