  1. Hello everyone!

I am finally starting my citizenship process. I have a question regarding which category should I use- I have had green card for 5 years and got it through marriage to a US citizen. SO, should I apply as the '3 year marriage to US citizen' or 'having a green card for 5 years or more'?  Or does it really matter which one I choose?

    Thank you!!

We got a similar request last October, and just included everything financial from the last statements we mailed with our original I-751 application.  That seemed to work, as we just got approved for ROC on Jan 24th.

    Good luck!

Thank you rjbnstk for your reply. Congratulations on getting your permanent card approved!

I am really worried about what more things to send, felt like we already sent everything in our original applications.

So far, we have - Joint bank statements, credit card bills, Name of the deed for the house, utility bills, health and car insurances, AAA memebrship, me listed at the beneficiary and pictures.

Any other things I am missing ? Would this be good enough?

  3. Hello,

I received the Request for Evidence on Removal of conditions form I-751, requesting more evidence on financial assets and shared liabilities.

For the bank statements and credit card statements, how far back should I send? Statements from since we got married (we already put all those in our original packet) or should we send from the time we got the notice until now?

In the notice it says "IT is not necessary to provide us with evidence you have already submitted. We are requesting more evidence in addition to what you submitted during initial filing of your I-751 petition." So I am confused what more we can send,

    Thank you.
